A mark on Balkans Social Dancing History

Albania Afro Latin festival was found in 2017. It started as a gathering of 5 International Artists and 250 guests in 2017 named first as Tirana Afro Latin. It was our first initiative to grow and successfully reach dancers from all over the world.

The first Edition of Albania Afro Latin festival happened back in 2019 in Tirana.

This edition started on the 19th of April 2019 and ended successfully on the 21st of April 2019.

The second edition was planed on 15th-17th of May 2020 but due to the COVID-19 situation all over the world, the festival organizers decided to postpone it for October as a social edition.

 

11-17 May 2022 our fourth edition was bigger with dancer from all over the world, like Canada, Australia, China, Bali, Dubai and our main supporters from Europe. 

 

Our Artists

  • The Social Edition was held from the 9th of October to 12th of October 2020, followed by strict regulations to prevent infection. Despite the situation, the social edition was very successful full of dancers all together in the best location “Grand Blue Fafa Resort”. The venue is a perfect location for workshops, indoor and outdoor parties, very comfortable accommodation all together in a very special location right next to the sea.


    On May 13-17, 2021, the third edition of Albania Afrolatin was held and we can say that it was the BOOM edition where it and became famous all over the world. Albania Afrolatin was the first event after the pandemic and gave everyone the opportunity to finally enjoy freedom and a glimmer of hope that everything was returning to normality.


    The founder and main organizer of Albania Afro Latin Festival is KIZAL: A dancing school that for the very first time introduced kizomba in Albania . 
  • From the beginning we had the support of the Co-Organizer Love and Dance Prishtina, the largest social dance school in Kosovo, we were able to share good times and create dance memories for each guest in previous editions. We are really happy to have a partner like Lux Event for two years. Lux Event is a global event planning agency with an outstanding contribution to the largest kizomba festival in the world.

    CONDITIONS ALBANIA AFROLATIN  FESTIVAL 

     

    The Pass gives you full access to all entertainments (parties, workshops, social room) of the festival during the time mentioned on the pass. 

    By buying the pass you authorize the photographer and the videographer, his agents, the legal successors, as well as ALBANIA AFROLATIN FESTIVAL to reproduce and to exploit your image within the framework of photos for the performance of the promotion and the communication of ALBANIA AFROLATIN FESTIVAL


    GENERAL TERMS 

    To be valid, the e-ticket (electronic ticket) is subject to the terms of sale of ALBANIA AFROLATIN FESTIVAL, and possibly those of the organizer that you agreed to when ordering. 


    REMINDER: This e-ticket is not refundable. Unless otherwise agreed by the organizer, e-ticket is personal, not transferable or exchangeable. 

    CONTROL: Access to the event is under the control of validity of your e-ticket. This e-ticket is only valid for the location, session, date and hour written on the e-ticket. Past the start time, access to the event is not guaranteed and does not entitle to any refund. We therefore advise you to arrive before the start of the event. To be valid, this e-ticket must be printed on white A4 blank paper, without changing the print size and with a good quality. E-tickets partially printed, dirty, damaged or illegible will be invalid and may be denied by the organizer. The organizer also reserves the right to accept or refuse other media, including electronic (mobile phone, tablet, etc ...). Each e-ticket has a barcode allowing access to the event to one person. To be valid the payment of this e-ticket must not have been rejected by the credit card owner used for ordering. In this case the barcode is deactivated. At the door, you must be in possession of a valid official ID with photo. Following the inspection, the e-ticket must be retained until the end of the event. In some cases the organizer will issue you a ticket to two strains (whether or not reveal the rental fee). FRAUD: It is prohibited to reproduce, use, copy, duplicate, counterfeit this e-ticket in any manner whatsoever, under pain of criminal prosecution. Similarly, any order placed with a way to bribe to get an e-ticket will result in criminal prosecution and the invalidity of such e-ticket. 

    LIABILITY: The purchaser remains responsible for the use made of e-tickets, and if lost, stolen or duplicate a valid e-ticket, only the first person who holds the e-ticket can access the event. Dizizid is not responsible for abnormalities that may occur during the ordering, processing or printing the e-ticket to the extent that it has not caused intentionally or by negligence in case of loss, theft or unauthorized use of e-ticket. 

    EVENT: The events are and remain the sole responsibility of the organizer. The acquisition of this e-ticket wins if adherence to rules of the place of the event and / or organizer. In case of cancellation or postponement of the event, a refund of the ticket without costs (transport, hotels, etc ...) will be subject to the conditions of the organizer (you can find his email address above in Additional information) who receives the income from the sale of e-tickets.

    NOTE that the request for a transfer can only be done until 25 April 2023.
